Dear Sirs,

We have the great honor to present to you an extraordinary property, which is a true gem of architecture
from the 19th century.
The beautiful Hunting Palace in question was built at the behest of Count Leon Sk贸rzewski in the last
years of the 19th century. The architect responsible for the project remains anonymous, although there
are many indications that he was Korneli Gabrielski, who was employed by the Sk贸rzewski family during
the years of the palace`s construction. The building is built in an eclectic style with elements of English
Neo-Gothic.

The palace, with an area of about 140 sqm, is located on a plot of 7700 sqm. The building overlooks the
surrounding meadows and forests, where the first owners arranged hunts for numerous species of birds.
The hunts were followed by feasts at which hunted ducks, pheasants, cranes, herons, corncrakes or
black storks were served.

During World War II, the palace was taken over by the occupying forces, as a result of which it was
inhabited by a German - Oskar Kr眉ger. After the war, it went to the State Land Fund and served as a
residential facility. The tenants, who lived there until the 1980s, did not carry out repairs, which caused
the building to deteriorate. In 1986, the building came into private hands, and in 1991, in consultation with
the conservator, renovations began. However, the work, despite many changes, did not affect the final
form of the building.

Around this charming place stretches the old riverbed of the meandering Notec River, whose supply from
Lake Goplo was cut off during the construction of the G贸rnonotecki Canal. To the north of the property is
the Dziki Ostr贸w Reserve - a protected light oak complex with an old-growth sessile oak tree, where there
are nature trails - an ideal place for walks.

Entering the building, you pass through a brick porch, which is located on the north side of the palace.
From the corridor, turning to the right, we have access to the western part with the main room with a
fireplace (about 45 m2). To the left of the entrance is a spiral staircase, as well as the entrance to the
kitchen, which we can also access from the room with the fireplace. The kitchen (about 20 m2) has built-
ins, a wooden sideboard and a two-door spacious refrigerator. The kitchen also has an exit to the garden.
Going up the stairs located inside the charming turret, we get to the second floor. The hallway, located on
the second floor, has entrances to the bathroom and two bedrooms. In the hallway we can also find two
built-in closets. The bathroom (about 3m2) is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. In the northern
bedroom (about 20m2) there is one large bed. In the south bedroom (about 18m2) you will find three
single beds.

The palace has a basement(about 25 m2), which is accessed by a narrow corridor accessible by
descending a winding staircase. The decoration of the basement is beautiful vaulted ceilings, and a
fireplace adds charm to the room.
The palace is heated by a fireplace with a water mantle, which feeds radiators arranged in the rooms. Hot
water is provided by a boiler located in the basement. Water comes from the water supply. A domestic
sewage treatment plant with an infiltration well is responsible for the neutralization of wastewater.

On the property we can find two more buildings. The first (about 17,5 m2) of them will be reached by
leaving the southern exit through the kitchen. It plays the role of utility and storage and requires
renovation. Next to it you will find a covered summer kitchen with a grill and a hearth for smoking, as well
as a fireplace. Heading further south, we will find a guest cottage (about 36 m2), which includes a room
with a bedroom annex and a bathroom with a toilet.

On the property we will also find a greenhouse and a tin garage.
